«Runaway Horses«, fue el cuarto sencillo del disco al que daba el mismo nombre y que Belinda Carlisle publicó el febrero de 1990. Sólo llegó al número 40 de las listas británicas, aunque no deja de ser una canción fabulosa y trepidante.
El vídeo es muy romanticón, donde vemos a Belinda en la penumbra de un elegante salón, mientras se suceden juegos de luz pasajeros y observamos sombras que simulan ser caballos a galope. También hay escenas de la Carlisle cantando en medio de la noche en un paraje oscuro.
